Shipping and Service Fulfillment Policy

INCEN – International Centre for Entrepreneurial Navigation provides services including webinars, business consultations, and organized business tours. This document outlines our shipping and service fulfillment policies applicable to these offerings.
1. Webinars & Online Consultations
- All webinars and consultations are delivered digitally via online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or other specified tools.
- No physical shipping is required for these services.
- Access links and session details are shared via email upon successful registration and payment confirmation.
- If you do not receive access details within 24 hours of scheduled time, please contact us at boarding@incen.org.
2. Business Tours
- Business tour services involve pre-scheduled, in-person visits arranged through INCEN.
- Confirmation emails, itinerary details, and travel documentation (if applicable) are sent electronically upon booking confirmation.
- Any physical materials or documents provided during the tour (badges, guides, brochures) are handed over in person at the event location.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Webinar and consultation access: Within 24 hours of confirmed registration/payment.
- Business tour details: At least 7–14 days before the scheduled tour date.

We do not provide physical shipping for our services outside of documentation directly related to the business tours or required compliance information.
