Refund and Cancellation Policy

At INCEN – International Centre for Entrepreneurial Navigation, we strive to provide transparent and fair policies regarding cancellations and refunds for our services, including webinars, consultations, and business tours.
1. Webinars & Online Consultations
- Cancellations requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, but session rescheduling may be offered where possible.
- Non-attendance without prior notice is non-refundable.
2. Business Tours
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the tour date.
- Cancellations made between 7–13 days before the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date due to logistical arrangements.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions
INCEN reserves the right to modify or waive refund conditions in special cases such as medical emergencies or service disruptions caused by us.
